This course unit focuses on the development of reading, writing, listening and speaking abilities at an advanced level encompassing both academic and professional skills. This includes the ability to grasp complex texts and situations, development of complex documents, actively listen and speak assertively, and interact confidently in a business environment.

The main areas covered are: law of contract, sale of goods, negotiable instruments, law of agency, partnerships, law of insurance, new statutes in commercial law, alternate dispute resolution and international trade law.
