The
aim of this course is to provide an understanding of the basic concepts and
techniques of providing assurance services as per the Companies Act of Sri
Lanka and other forms of assurance. The main areas included in this course are;
planning an assurance engagement, accounting and internal control systems,
audit working papers and evidence and professional ethics.
